Oh fawwwwwk yeah!

I got home a little bit ago with the new guitar and it's so nice! I plugged it into my Guitar Port (a really awesome little bit of hardware that is pure heaven!) and OMFG! The thing holds its tune without a locking nut, plays very smoothly and feels awesome! It hits nice clear highs and "shit-your-pants" lows! Plus the pickups seem well put together as the monitor always made my old electric buzz like crazy. This one has just a barely inaudible little hum which I doubt would be present in a regular amp.I love this thing! I also picked up some tuning machines for my acoustic which have been a long time coming. However, I just put new strings on it this morning, so I'll wait until I have to change strings again. Oh! I forgot to see if they have sitar strings! Crap! Oh well, next time.Anyway, it's a very happy pre-birthday! (Or is it unbirthday?) My wife rocks! Thanks for the guitar, babe! (I need to get her into MOG, she's a music buff too!)
