Lenny Kravitz; a living rock legend in every sense of the meaning. I own every Lenny CD... except Baptism - I just can't stand the cover. Y'know the one, where he traded the Jew-fro for the Andre Benjamin style bob. That was such a sad look for Lenny. So sad, I personally just pretend it didn't happen lol. But all is forgiven with his latest offering, "It Is Time For A Love Revolution" - it's a return to the Lenny of old (by old I mean pre-Baptism) good quality rock. The funk has been restored so to speak. And on a quick browse through the trash heap that is google, I see apparently he's been celibate for 3 years now. Which kind of begs the question, since his new album rocks harder than the last album, and he's been holding out for 3 years, does that mean Lenny Kravitz fucked too much during the recording of Baptism? You be the judge lol... album details below - I decided to post another track off the album instead of I'll Be Waiting 'cos it's been posted already, it's called "Love Love Love". On first listen it's got alot of potential - an undeniable LK sound and shows promise as a radio single. Also, if you head over to http://www.lennykravitz.com/ you can hear a 3.30 clip of another track from the album "Bring It On" which is also pretty good, solid listening.Street Date: Feb 5th 2008Track Listing:1.
