I love Beirut. It's like Emir Kustirica without being annoying. Don't get me wrong, I like Kusturica's music too, but I get tired of it really quickly. That doesn't happen with Beirut. But I kinda hate Zach Condon just a little. I mean, he's 21 and he has recorded more than 5 albums. I haven't even recorded one! So if I wanted to catch up, I'd have to make 6 albums right now... and I don't see that happening. O well...

Lo mejor es lo peor

Lo peor de que te guste escribir es que las ideas llegan en su mejor forma cuando menos lo esperas. Como cuando estás tratando de dormir, y tienes que despertar temprano y hacer muchas cosas al otro día. Pero lo mejor es que en ese momento no sientes nada más que la felicidad de tener una idea bien elaborada, que parece fluir mágicamente en tu cabeza.

Lo peor de lo peor es despertar al otro día y darte cuenta de que lo que escribiste la noche anterior no tiene ningun sentido, y que ya dormiste más de la cuenta y no tienes tiempo para hacer todo lo que tienes que hacer.
