Stars' third album, Set Yourself on Fire is the kind where you listen 2 or 3 times and let it slowly evaporate to the back of your head. Fast forward 3 years later when a set of covers and remixes is born- Do You Trust Your Friends? Some of the artists who participated are Metric, Minotaur Shock, The Stills, Jason Collett, Montag, The Most Serene Republic, and Apostle of Hustle. The track that stands out the most is a remix of Your Ex-Lover is Dead by Final Fantasy. The original can't be taken quite seriously because of it's happy-go-lucky beat despite its poigant lyrics. The remix is such a contrast- so deliciously heart-shattering.
