Was going to go to Snakes on a Plane tonight, but trying to find something for dinner, et al I just wasn't feeling it, so I decided tonight I stay home and read. I've been annoyed that I can't find any more Rex Stout at the used bookshops across town, and I'm backlogged on 20-30 other books so going to try and make a dent.Therefore I am in jazzy mood for listening while i read. Instrumental mostly, edging toward more big band, swing ala Goodman's most famous/Artie Shaw but I threw some Cowboy Bebop into the playlist - and you can't go wrong with Cab Calloway so he's there too.Suggestions? Think Nero Wolfe or a night at the club dancing in 1945. Fun. Fast. Hot.
