I really loved Will Ferrel's rendition of "whole wide world" in Stranger Than Fiction, just a simple song with a great guitar riff that almost sounds like some of the reggae inspired Clash songs. So hopefully I can spread my love on to you folks, and maybe someone can get back to me with some other stuff by Wreckless Eric.

If you are into somewhat folksy/acoustic music you should check these guys out, I saw them a few months ago opening for Bright Eyes and their live show blew me away. The album just doesn't do them justice and a lot of the songs they played aren't on it, but this one was one of my favorites, just a great beat and fun lyrics. Check em' out.
