Been looking for some new hip hop for a while when I stumbled across Cadence Weapon's Breaking Kayfabe album. I was out of town with this guy came through Denton with Islands and Why?, but I wish like hell I'd seen it.

More people joining the Cadence fanclub..i think right now just me and ladyc....i saw him on that tour and he just rocked the house like no opener had ever done, just a great album, hoping desperatly he'll be the first canadian rap/hip-hop breakthrough since buck65 didn't really do it. I don't tihnk it'll happen, but i can always dream

Rinserepeat says I've loved Cadence Weapon's stuff ever since his mixtape, 'Cadence Weapon Is the Black Hand', made the rounds. Rollie (the man behind the polo) has a blog too, where he posts about shows, reviews, and offers mp3s from time to time. You can check it out here... Denton, as in Denton, Texas?!
