My Brightest Diamond rocked my world this morning with this killer cover of Everybody's Got Something to Hide Except Me and My Monkey. What makes her cover unique is the way she not only captures the essence of John Lennon's White Album original, but she also ends the song by adding lyrics from George Michael's forgotten eighties hit, Monkey. Genius. I dig the feedback and the harmonies. The Fabs would definitely be honored by this tribute by My Brightest Diamond.
