Everyone has felt this moment, one more kiss before you go. It's the kind of kiss that stays with you inside the bottom of yr lips where you can taste her scent long after you've walked away.

One more kiss before I go. That's what I remember about her and I. I recall those night's before we would break up, again and again. I had this need to kiss her one last time. I wanted her to taste and rediscover what we felt that one winter day on that Lincoln Park Street. I thought that she felt me lips once more if would take her back there, she would magically remember and everything would be back to as normal as we longed for our amor to be. It never happened. We just lingered together for a little while longer. In the end our kisses were not potent enough to keep us together.

The last kiss I ever shared with her was on the street the New Years Eve before the Rose Parade. It was a kiss to say goodbye for the last time. It was jagged, quick and distant. And with that last kiss, sealed our fate—we were done for good.
