"Lover" is one of my favorite Buckley compositions. This accordion version recorded live at Sony Studios is one that I just discovered online. I know this is a sweeping emotional song about lost love but I couldn't resist using this picture of Buckley. After reading A Pure Drop: The Life of Jeff Buckley by Jeff Apter, this pic is so Jeff. He was a romantic cooner and a brilliant singer/songwriter but Buckley was also a goof. He was flawed, he was amazing and he will be missed.
