I've had Portishead in my mind for the past few days. I always seem to have an revolving soundtrack in my head, recently it has gone from Peter Doherty to Pearl Jam to Portishead. That's just the way my mind and music tastes work. Maybe it's the Gemini in me, who knows. I've grown to appreciate it.
When I hear the lyrics to "The Rip" they remind me of the dream sequence in Blade Runner. Those "Wild, white horses" they always take me away, especially today.
