Rosemary Clooney was one of the most beloved of all of America’s pop stars. Beginning with her television show in 1956, she started a torrid relationship with Nelson Riddle that blossomed into a full blown romance.. The result was their upbeat 1960 release “Rosie Solves The Swingin’ Riddle!” Nelson Riddle sets the joyous mood with a driving arrangement of “Get Me To The Church” (from the 1956 Lerner and Loewe musical “My Fair Lady”) with an equally bubbly vocal by Clooney. There is a very prominent jazzy solo for tubular bells which is both very witty and comical.

Love the cover and the wit of the title. Also love those bells.
