Vikki Carr Sings "With Pen In Hand"

Nashville Sound singer/songwriter Bobby Goldsborough (sp?) wrote this expressly as a man's song. When Vikki Carr expressed that she wanted to record the song, Goldsborough tried to talk her out of it, saying it was a "man" song. Nevertheless, Carr prevailed and it is her version that outshined Goldsborough's own recording.
