BECAUSE THE WEB MOSTLY SUCKS

(35)

In the late 1990's, Tony Bennett and Robert Farnon met once again in the studios in London to record three songs to be added to their 1969 effort "Snowfall." The results of those sessions were never released on "Snowfall" or anywhere else which is a pity. In 2002, they tried again, this time with a sad difference--Bob was no longer able to go to London from his home on the Guernsey Islands, so he wrote 6 of the 12 arrangements heard on a Hallmark Christmas album. They are sublime and represent some of finest writings Bob ever created for Tony. Here is Tony singing with the London Symphony conducted by Don Jackson. I strongly urge everyone to check out their Hallmark stores to see if this cd is available. Buy it!
