Jazz interpretation of the Love Theme From Spartacus by Yusef Lateef. This has kind of a bluesy swing to it, even though it obviously evokes a far east mood and a waltz as well. I read that Dr. Lateef was working with Indian classical modes suring this era of his jazz career.
