I love,love, LOVE this song! Never knew it has a video...such amazing lyrics!! But I think someone needs to follow up on these kids in the video, I am betting that at least half of them have severe psychological issues as a result of making this video...such creepy imagery!... MORE

Okay, so i missed the Yeah Yeah Yeahs when they first appeared. I sorta wrote them off as poo before giving them a proper chance.
However, one day a couple of months ago a friend told me to listen to their first album.
So i did.
It blew me away completely.
Until, i got to Maps, Which completely destroyed me.
Then, i realised it was a song i'd fallen in love with previously.
It had been in a movie or TV show and i'd forgotten to find out what it was! (cos i suck)

After reading lemontwist's post on associating Tegan and Sara with Doctor Who, I started to think about songs that I have memories or thoughts attached to. One example would the song 'Maps' by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Whenever I see that song in my library I think of a joke I have with one of my friends: ever since we saw the Blair Witch Project my friend will ask me "What did you do with the map?" and I will respond with "I kicked the f**ker in the river!" Ha, ha, ha. No? G... MORE
