Switched on Bach was one of the first albums I ever received as a gift. Its effect on me would be hard to calculate. It was the best selling classical album of all time in its release. The album consisted of Bach two part inventions, short pieces such as Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring, and one of the Brandenburg concertos.
