Hooray! I finally finished a picture that I've been lazily working on for 3 or 4 months now. So glad it's done. Can't stop though. Must make more pictures. I would like to thank the good DJ's at Paris DJ's for making awesome mixes, thanks to Italy for the loads of Italo Disco I've been playing, thx to my best girl Rachel for her encouragement, and thx to my cat Simon for being so crazy awe...

Mog is a cat in this series of books that tends to get up to a lot of no good but in the end is loved unconditionally by simple minded children despite how many times Mog fucks up. (hmmm...seems like a familiar story somehow)I think our Mog has been huffing on a Scotch Guard Bong. Things seem to be running real slow and making no sense.

I feel like my life is crumbling around me. I had this thought that for the MOG 1 year mark that I would post songs that I really like that I think maybe some of you might not have heard. Anyway... I'm going to kick it off with this Ween song that isn't my favorite but it's all good just the same.

Ok...did I mention that I don't have to work tomorrow....cause I dont! The entire city is practically shut down due to the winter weather...score! So I am signing off and going to go find an ON DEMAND movie to watch....but one more tune before I go...a parting shot! I have been listening to Ween all week, so this is fitting...

Let me start by saying that I actively fought off getting involved with Ween for many years. During 1994, praise of their record Chocolate and Cheese- as well as the album's "salacious cover":http://www.thecriticscorner.com/Covers4/WeenD2-Cover.jpg - was regularly featured in my then-favorite magazine Rolling Stone. The artwork touched a nerve with my young inner feminist (I think she went offl...

Last week I posted the details of the new Ween album and the full tour dates. There is a lot of excitement surrounding Ween's return to the studio and the spotlight. But, there has also been some talk about the stark contradiction included in this album: horns. That's right, horns. The brothers Ween had sworn they would never use horns on an album. I think it was a teenage angst thing, lik...

*rating* 7*rating compared to previous Ween albums* 5*summary* Ween's wild ride is back for another lap - but the whiplash is beginning to set in.Have you ever seen the movie UHF? A veritable pinnacle of cinematic excellence (big words...check), UHF is the master-opus of Weird Al Yankovich at his earnestly bizarre best. Whether I'm being sarcastic or not, I don't even know, but regardless - It...
