How could a bands from the West Coast have a British-accented vocalist? Possibly from listening to too much Swervedriver or My Bloody Valentine. Voyager One's use of thick, flowing distortion and gentle vocals inevitably place the Seattle quartet in the realm of early '90s dream pop. Nothing particularly original, but if From the New Nation of Long Shadows came out eight years prior, Voyager One would have probably gone on tour with Curve.
