All Music GuideReleased in the wake of the biggest hit of Vikki Carr's career, It Must Be Him is a showcase for the vocalist's glorious voice and way with a tender allad. The title track is an obvious highlight, charting the ups and downs of an interminable wait for a lover's return, but the rest of the album is solid as well. Though most of these '60s standards (and arrangements) haven't aged as much as they've dated, "Look Again" and "Forget You" feature great performances, in a similar vein to Barbra Streisand. Carr showcases another side to her art with run-throughs of two Latin songs, "Laia Ladaia (Reza)" and "Cuando Caliente el Sol."
