My head is pounding this morning. Nope, it's not because I partied like a rockstar at the VAST concert. Nope, it's because the city of Overland decided that they needed to tear up the street by my apartment at 7:43am. It's because I went to the shittiest venue in St. Louis last night....The Creepy Crawl.I always wondered why I got a headache at The Creepy Crawl but never any other venue. No...

We don't know how it happens but when it does it is just amazing how it makes us feel and how we "synch"...

The perfect album to listen to during this time of year for me has always been VAST's first album or any of their albums really. And it was perfect timing that I got to see them just a week ago live. I must say that it was one of the best concerts I've ever been too. I swear I was in euphoria when they played the song "Touch". If you haven't heard it, then go listen to it....really, close y...

Why wasn't this on Nude? This really ranks right up there with great B-Sides. This blows away anything on Nude and remains a mystery why this wasn't on the disk.Either way, it is Vast rocking at their hardest and popiest.

The new album "April" - available for download at www.realvast.com is a return to the pop sounds of Music for People. However, unlike that album, this is much more stripped down. It is a good batch of songs that didn't get ruined by bombastic ambition (IE - much of the Nude album). It says on the website that this album was recorded in one take, and it shows. What it lacks in polish - which Vast a
