UB40 has always been in my top list if I had to choose music to get stranded on a deserted island with and this album is probably my all time favorite of theirs...

This what I want to say when you guys get around to asking me, " What took you so damn long"? Truth is, the 5th, it scared me. It is such a broad topic with a ancient history (I mean it, really old). There is a bunch of U.S.C. (United States Code) law that hinges on the 5th. In short I felt it was too big for me to handle , so I just didn't handle it. I chickened out and turned tail. On UB40's first album _"Signing Off"_ you wont find any "Red Red Wine"'s or "I Got You Babe"'s, only brooding, political, dubbed-out reggae. An immediate hit for the British, almost unheard of in the US when it came out in 1980. They soon dropped their heavy dubbing ways and opted for a more straight forward reggae sound. so I had a quick search of MOG and there is no mention of UB 40's Madam Medusa. This was a 12" single added to the Signing Off album. One of their greatest tracks me thinks.

i just down loaded the best of ub40,its got some really awesome songs on it, such as king, food for thought, one in ten, I Got You Babe duet with Chrissie Hynde from the pretenders and everybody's favorite song red red wine, and that's a good thing and a bad thing cause most people only know them from that song alone when there's so much more to them then that, the song i up loaded for you to hear is called king, it shows how the band has some songs that are so smooth and ...
