It was just an airy comment thrown about in Anna's listening station today, but it got me thinking, always a dangerous thing. See, I used to love U2. Their early albums were key in my adolescent development. Recently, Bono's over-the-top hectoring and their retreading over musical styles they've overgrown has dampened things a touch, but I think the older material still holds muster.
