I was listening to the iPod Shuffle right now on my way to clean out the cat box, before being waylaid by the inspiration to write about my listening, and one of the tracks from the Tortoise compilation A Lazarus Taxon came on. Tortoise can get on my nerves in high doses. The "songs" blur together. But I really like to listen to them when I'm writing and need a steady groove.
