Another classic Sy Oliver score is "Then I'll Be Happy" set in a loping, swinging chart with plenty of unison trombone passages set against a smooth sax section with one of Dorsey's swinging choruses. Charlie Shavers gets a shot at playing a fluid rendition on his muted trumpet before Don Lodice turns in a mellow solo on his tenor sax.
