Seriously. What is it with Outside Lands Festival and the line-ups they continue to churn out? Well, for the past two years for that matter. Lets start with last year’s line-up. Not too shabby but definitely questionable considering many other festivals showcased some very impressive line-ups even without Radiohead. Which brings me to last years [...]

Somewhere along the lines Tom Jones became cool again. Maybe it's that the artists he inspired, such as Amy Winehouse, have taken his soulful style and brought it to a new generation of listeners. However it happened you'll be grateful once you hear Sir Tom's new album 24 Hours (to be released Nov. 25th).The record is chock full of groovy tracks and big booty-shaking rhythms that are irresisti...
In an earlier post about Wham's "Last Christmas" I ended a comment by doing the "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go/Carlton It's Not Unusual" Dance., which I think left Crash Pryor gigglin' at me. I'm not ashamed to say that I'm an 80's pop fanatic, so I dug this up for you! Enjoy. If you need a little more..here are some bloopers..my favorite part is at the 4:34 mark.
Hey y'all. Nimbus here. SH totally had one too many Shiner Bocks (lightweight) and passed out cold still logged in. Thought I would say my bit on what I think about music.First, I have an abiding hatred for Norah Jones. I think Hermes clued me into him. His wiki says that this Irish man has produced U2, Snow Patrol, Bloc Party, Editors, Weezer (The Red Album), The Hives and many more. He has some really dope funky beats. I lo...

Didn't see this when it aired, but it must have been glorious. By glorious, I mean like watching my grandfather karaoke a Clipse song....From the Princess Di birthday thing:
portrait courtesy of: http://www.petesportraits.co.uk/celebs/Well, this was just the icing on the cake that was my Monday! Listen to his lyrics because Tom is getting "properly personal" on this album. Honestly, I didn't think i could love Tom Jones more than I already do, but I do. I don't know if panty flinging does him justice these days, I think he deserves more.
