The Supremes were a Motown all-female singing group. Active, as The Supremes, from 1961 until 1977, the Supremes performed, at various times, doo-wop, pop, soul, Broadway show tunes, psychedelia and disco. Their performance costumes will go on show at the Victoria and Albert Museum later this month, with interviews with group member Mary Wilson.
