Solid harmony singing as usual, and some excellent songs, including modern covers of "South of the Border" etc. Recorded in August of 1962, this album featured the first appearance of guitarist Roy Lanham as a member of the Pioneers, and Wade Ray appears on back-up fiddle. By this time, the group's arrangements were very slick and modern, and far more sophisticated than the original trio or their 1950's successors. Some of the material on this album later appeared on the compilation San Antonio Rose.
