All Music GuideVery melodic and lighthearted in that style that looks up to Low -- without putting the listener to sleep -- and Velocity Girl -- without borderlining toward mediocre alternative rock. Crisp, but poppy, guitars lead the way through both sides of this EP, while the crystal female vocals are equally haunting and melodic at the same time. Beautifully complex indie pop that's mature and attentive; this EP is the first in a long line of excellent records that Fantastic would eventually be responsible for.
