I'm not sure Dr.Spock recommends this, but right before bedtime we put on a little rock and roll show. My son says ,"turn out the lights and introduce me dad." Then he unveils his costume and lip-synch rocks out. In the past he's done some of his other favs like Donovan, but lately he's been asking for the Ramones.
