Over 30 years after forming, The Mekons are still alive an kicking with a new album and tour on the way. Natural will be their first full length album since 2002's OHHH!. The Mekons will be touring in support of natural starting late next month. Unfortunately the short tour will only cover the midwest and eastern regions of the country, maybe an expansion is in order. Mekons Update:For you Leedies, I just noticed at myspace (I know, shut it you haters) that The Mekons are playing a 30th anniversary show on June 16th. I am inclined to think this reunion will be better (and more reasonably priced) than Stewart Copeland, Andy Summers, and that other guy.Also Tom Greenhalgh update: Apparently he's now playing drums with a band called: Kitchener.
