The Helio Sequence have a new music video out today for "Keep Your Eyes Ahead" off their album of the same name. The video was made by Whitey McConnaughy and friends and filmed around Portland, Oregon "in the wee hours of the night."

The Helio Sequence have just released their fourth length album, Keep Your Eyes Ahead which is very fantastic album. Perfect harmony of instruments, synths and voice or whatever it is i love it. Check "Hallelujah" - Enjoy!

I'm here to talk about The Helio Sequence's album, "Love and Distance", released in 2004.I downloaded "Everyone Knows Everyone" by a suggestion on KEXP, and fell in love with the upbeat chorus, bouncy electro and a harmonica, something you don't normally hear in an electronic style song. The Helio Sequence. A brilliant band from Portland. If you havent listened to them yet, I would give them an ear so you can see what magic is like. I saw them live the other night at a local college for free. I felt pretty cool cause I was going to a college partyish thing, but I also felt cool cause I was going to be in the presence of some music gods.
