Happy New Year! 2008 got off to a great start for the band with the U.S. release of 'Across The Pond'.
Compiled and released by Starbucks Entertainment/Hear Music, 'Across The Pond' features tracks by yours truly, Amy Winehouse, Damien Rice, The Fratellis, Lily Allen, and more of "The UK's Best and Brightest".

OK, maybe it's because I'm irish? I love these guys ALOT!! This song is really better in my opinion than Told You So, and perhaps my fav. Hope these guys catch on, I think they deserve more exposure.

Since I realized that God Is An Astronaut was from Dublin Ireland, it reminded me of another great band I heard a little while back that I really love. Not many people have heard of them, but they are really good. From Dublin, recently toured the US and I learned a day late that they played not too far from me, although, really I blame them because the e-mail was sent out a day late alerting me to the fact.
