Awesome tune. The Album 'Slates' is among my favorite Fall albums. Every track on it is just phenomenal with layered guitars and funky basslines. Great for a party.

Just over 3 years ago we brought home our first dog, Pumpkin, from Main Line Animal Rescue, and when we met the guy who runs it, Bill Smith, we were struck by his passion for what he does. Our dog was brought to the US from St. Croix, where she was slated to be put down. Small dogs are not as popular to rescue through shelters and such, but are big business through puppy mills and pet stores. On the 14th of this month Blender Magazine printed what the editors thought were the top 100 Greatest Indie-Rock Albums Ever. I say, "Well Shit, that is a bold statement." There is a few I can't agree with, but enough about me, What about you?

i've just been listening to "totale's turns(it's now or never)" by The Fall; part of it was recorded at the grottiest of grotty little clubs in Bradford, the Palm Cove (it actually still exists!!!) in 1979... i was blessed enough to be in attendance... seeing the mighty Mark E Smith break mid song, turn to the bass player & shout "will you stop showing off & get it fucking together...", changed my attitude to playing music forever... here's some early footage from 1978.....
