Hello kiddies. In another attempt at giving homage to this great site we all know and love, I wanted to share a band that was introduced to me from a post made back on 06/15/07 by Kaleef.....The Evens. Consisting of Ian MacKaye(Minor Threat, Fugazi, Pailhead, Embrace)and Amy Farina(The Warmers), The Evens formed in 2001 and released a self-titled album in 2005 on Ian's label, Dischord Records(www.dischord.com). Good evening my fellow music fascists. Track eight from a live show I picked up at www.archive.org...The Evens live @ Ahisma House Brisbane,Queensland, Austraila, Cut From The Cloth. From this recording I learned that the Ahisma House is a "community/activist building in the Brisbane suburb of west end(www.ahimsahouse.com.au/index.html)".
