My friend Gabe pointed out that, looking at the 2008 tours schedule, it's a good time to be 50: "Nightmare of a lifetime - all the yacht rock bands are on tour," is what he actually said. On tour we have: Kenny LogginsChicago with The Doobie BrothersJimmy Buffet and the Coral Reefer BandSteely Dan and Journey with Heart AND Cheap Trick So if they were all on the road together, would it be The Monsters of Yacht Tour? OK they are not my fav band and I dig their earlier stuff. But this was a well produced album, sometimes as a musician I view music and someones creation this way. And sometimes you find that there is almost no such thing as something bad in art. Just one's subjective taste, I mean there are some perameters (I won't go into details). But My perameters might not even be yours, I'll just say mine are to the exstent of even decay of sound, and how long the vocalist holds that... MORE
