For a change of pace, the Jazz Crusaders on this 1966 LP (which, as with most of its Pacific Jazz albums, is long out-of-print) are joined by an unidentified big band. The solos (particularly by tenor saxophonist Wilton Felder and trombonist Wayne Henderson) are fine but the material (a few group originals plus pop tunes such as "Walk on By" and "Hey Girl") is uniformly lightweight and rather forgettable.
