No band will ever hold a candle to the originality offered by such an amazing band. Every song bursts with an energy and soul that has no equal. I can't remember the first time I heard The Clash, and it really doesn't matter. The music has a familiar feel to it- a natural flow as though I've always known it. Does that even make any sense? The songs inspire me, challenge me, make me feel compelled to take action and change the world. Brilliant. Just brilliant. I wish I had ... MORE

I have a lot I really wanted to say about this tune, how it's invaded my brain because of the social D cover of it... which you can listen to here... But... I'm in the middle of moving house, 24 hours from now I will be on my way out of MN and back on the road to Ann Arbor (proto punk ground zero).... anyway The Clash, never were my favorite punk band, I've liked a few of their tunes here and there but always found The Damned were more my thing... anyway enjoy, a...
