"Sharif don't like it." This song was written about the Ayatollah shutting down rock n roll music in the casbah and ordering jets to bomb it but instead the jet pilots rock out to the music in their headphones.
Strangly relavent today after Iran just shut down the "satanic music" concert.

Ok so I think this is the worst Clash song ever...but, I like it. I think I like it because this is the first Clash song I ever heard and my fist thought was "this noise is like nothing I've ever heard before" It is also their best known song, here in the US anyway.
