This well-liked early-'60s female group delivers unintimidating soft pop on this solid 26-track career chronicle. While many consider their recordings fluff pieces, early-'60s teen sound lovers will find nirvana listening to these tracks. The million-selling "He's So Fine" and jewels like "One Fine Day" and "Sweet Talking Guy" are complemented by lesser hits "A Love So Fine," "I Have a Boyfriend," "Sailor Boy," "Nobody Knows What's Goin' On," "Out of This World," and "Stop Look and Listen." Their version of the Angels' "My Boyfriend's Back" is as hard-edged as the Chiffons ever get. Also noteworthy are the catchy "Oh My Lover" and "The Real Thing."
