The Charlatans UK popped back into my consciousness just the other day when I swear I heard a cover of You're Not Very Well while I was in Sephora getting lipstick. Can't figure out who the cover artist was tho. According to them they played their best gig in years a coupla weeks ago! What a difference a decade makes, they seem to have rediscovered a a bit more of a power-poppy sound these days compared to Some Friendly. Course if you live pretty much anywhere but the US... MORE
