I found this band because I was looking at Truman Capote's collection of short stories "Music for Chameleons" and one thing led to another. Here's a nice, relevant (to music, art, etc.) passage from Capote:"My life --- as an artist, at least --- can be charted as precisely as a fever: the highs and lows, the very definite cycles.I started writing when I was eight -- out of the blue, uninspired...

Lovely fall day here today ... I went for a walk with my dog and was thinking about posting the song "View from a Hill" for you all ... but when I did a search in the artists' lounge, I found there were no entries for the band who wrote it. While I think surely the name has come up before (not sure where though ... Neill again?) At any rate, this is a band who deserves their own page. The Chame...

Just new on here so I have been floating around, looking for people with similar taste in music, hoping I can discover some new stuff I need to know about. I can't believe NO ONE was linked to The Chameleons page. It is blank. Nothing. One of the most amazing bands ever and no one seems to notice on here. That's it, I will break the silence and post something.
