I just got this CD during my morning break:I bought all The Decemberists CDs last month, and had been planning to get this one for a while. I was so surprised that Borders had it. I'm on Track 11 so far and I'm enjoying the album so far. It's different from what I expected, but I really like it.

i need a fix.

It has become this all-consuming force, taking over each and every moment of my day. I'm spending all of my money on cds and concert tickets and upgrading my ipod so I can take all my music with me. I start to itch for new music after listening to a band for less than...

Many lonely roads lead to Montana, roads seemingly untrammeled by man. Its immortal mythology has been reinforced in both writing and film: Norman Maclean, Ivan Doig, even the broader Western landscapes of Wallace Stegner have been stenographed by many onto the Big Sky Country. Certainly, it is a place that exists somewhere in our hazy, collective nostalgia: the last great bastion of the Americ...
