A home once owned by Tanya Tucker's is about to be turned into a clubhouse. Eagle Ridge Investments is planning a 482-home subdivision with an 18-hole golf course on the Franklin Township, Tennessee property once owned by Tucker. The 22,000-square-foot Georgian Colonial mansion she lived in will be turned into a clubhouse with a pro shop, restaurant, pool, pool house and a multi-sport court.
