All Music GuideCaptiol reissued the Steve Miller Band's first two albums, Children of the Future and Sailor, as a double LP/single cassette in the '70s. Although this isn't a bad way to acquire this music, the packaging and sound on this set aren't first-class -- the original vinyl editions and subsequent CD reissues are preferable.
