There is a rule with married men and women. You allowed one crush. This crush can change, but you are only allowed one at any particular time. Right now my secret crush is Corinne Lee from Snowden. Her bass playing skills are just the parts Snowden need.
Anti-Anti I had not heard of Snowden until Jox and I ran the MOG Best of 2006 list, when someone recommended their album Anti-Anti. I had still not heard them, though, when I went to see them open for Forward Russia (review here), but I'm sure glad I did go see them; they've become one of my favorite bands. So Snowden was yet another blog discovery for me, but for some reason it wasn't all over the blogs like some bands. They were on a few different blogs, don't get me wrong, but I absolutely loved their album, Anti-Anti. They also put on a great live show if you get the chance to catch them. THIS is why I haven't, and likely won't, make a list of the best albums of 2006, because if I had, I wouldn't have included Snowden, and after having them rip my head off musically, that would have been a criminal exclusion.

There will be a review of the concert, oh yes, there will, but I'm still writing it. Work is getting in the way, darn it!
I'm enjoying Snowden right now. The remixes are pretty good, sadly, I think I just missed them in Philly at Making Time. Oh well. I guess I'll have to make up by seeing Supersystem and dancing my pants off...
