Can't get enough of the Silversun Pickup's power ballard "Lazy Eye"? Well, the California-rockers gathered up a few remixes for their breakthrough hit and are now putting out as an EP on iTunes. silversun pickups new video for Well Thought Out Twinkles. this is one of the few bands that actually caught my ear this year. they just have that... original sound. it takes me back to the good ol days i guess. chiggidy check it out.

Alright, one more catch-up tonight. Back on May 9th, Silversun Pickups passed through Toronto. There seems to be some concern that their sound is a little too heavily based on the Smashing Pumpkins... although I hear that in their music, it doesn't stop them from being a really good band. I don't know if anyone ever used to listen to The Anniversary. I was introduced to them in high school, amidst some of the true origins of emo (Not to be confused with this modern emo. These guys knew how to get to the core of life with deadly accuracy and make you smile while doing it) Well a new suggestion for you all, Silversun Pickups. You wont be dissappointed.
