Have to say I didn't have high expectations when I saw this. Grace Jones has her own unique style as a singer and as an interpreter of other's songs, so I didn't think it likely that Shirley would pull this off.Well, colour me wrong. I love this track, a real upbeat number showcasing Dame Shirley's full rich voice. Great production values and a fun listen.A good antidote if you've overdosed ...

Dame Shirley Bassey is hands-down a timeless performer. This diva found fame in the States with the James Bond themes (Moonraker, Diamonds are Forever, and of course, Goldfinger), but has recorded and performed for over four decades. She is unashamed to belt and let it rim and has a stylistic approach to performance that rivals that of Judy Garland and Barbara Streisand (I purposely leave out...
