Seu Jorge is an Brazilian artist who had a role as "Pele" in "The Life Aquatic". Pele played acoustic guitar throughout the film. These tracks are really mellow songs but Seu Jorge approaches some of the songs with intense vocals. There are various David Bowie covers that are excelent. The film soundtrack itself was composed by mark mothersbaugh and is great as well.

After being completely transfixed by his first 3 films - Bottle Rocket, Rushmore, & The Royal Tennenbaums -- I truly believed Mr. Anderson could do no wrong.
