Seefeel's landmark 1993 IDM/Chill album "Quique" was reissued on import last week, in a deluxe package with an extra disc of bonus tracks, which is a joyous thing. Why? Because this album is essentially the missing link between the shoegazing genre, which was peaking around 1993, and the next decade of ambient/chill influenced rock and electronic bands.
